Matthew S. Toll graduated in 1999 from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics, followed by about two years in the Litigation Advisory Services Group at Ernst & Young in New York City.
Attorney Toll graduated from Tulane Law School in New Orleans and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004. He was engaged at Lusk, Drasites & Tolisan, P.A. prior to opening his own firm TOLL LAW, which is primarily devoted to real estate, family law, personal injury and general civil litigation.

Attorney Jackson graduated with High Honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2001. Mr. Jackson was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2002 and has since practiced law in Southwest Florida. Mr. Jackson's practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, construction law and appeals.
